Tamuz GK600 PRIME adopts SMI's controller SM2258H (SM2259H) and 3D TLC NAND FLASH, and DDR3 cache memory is installed (250GB-256MB, 500GB-512MB, 1T/2T-1GB). It implemented a fast writing speed of 520MB/s, and realized speed, stability, and power efficiency by applying intelligent SLC caching technology, ECC, GC, TRIM, Wear-leveling, and ONFI technologies to many. In addition, by adopting an aluminum housing, which is advantageous for relieving heat, stability against heat is secured, and using the Tamuz tool box, the health status and migration of the SSD can be used.

GK600 PRIME is released in various capacities of 250G,500G,1TB,2TB.
